Development program

The development program of the youth organizations of the Defence League – Kodutütred and Noored Kotkad – is a document planned to achieve closer goals based on the development strategy. The development program describes the progress made during the previous period, the current operating situation and changes, both internal and external, and the development ideas after taking them into account.
